Experience

Angie is a Speech Pathologist with over 20 years experience working with children and adolescents from 18 months – 18 years and their families. Since completing her studies at the University of Queensland, Angie has worked in a variety of settings both in her hometown of Brisbane and internationally. Angie spent over a decade in the UK, gaining invaluable experience working in the National Health Service within schools, day-care and kindergarten settings, health promotion services and early years teams. The highlight of Angie’s time in the UK was working as a team leader developing training programmes and early intervention projects to support children, their families, and early years educators across several London boroughs. Since returning to Brisbane with her family, Angie has worked within the private sector, offering individual and group sessions along with home/daycare/kindy visits and school-based support. 


Angie is passionate about helping children achieve their communicative and academic potential through fun, engaging and holistic therapy approaches. She is trained in numerous evidence-based therapy practices and believes the key to success is working in close collaboration with children, their families, and educators.

Angie conducts assessments and ongoing therapy at our Bulimba clinic on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays predominantly during school terms.
