Neo is currently studying a Bachelors of Human Services at Queensland University of Technology.
Neo has also been working as an NDIS service provider since 2022, where she has coordinated creative day programs for NDIS participants and youth.

Outside of work Neo enjoys various creative activities such as dance, art and music
